Presentation
You are going to make a presentation in French about where you live. The presentation will be done as part of a team of two and can be done with a PowerPoint document.
When researching copy and paste any good or interesting pictures/facts into a word document and save them as you go along. For your project, talk about the following facts:

1. The region in which it is. (C'est dans quelle région?)
2. Its geographical position. (C'est où en Ecosse?)
3. How far it is from a major city (C'est loin de Glasgow/d'Edimbourg?).
4. The number of inhabitants. (Il y a combien d'habitants?)
5. What it is famous for producing? (Qu'est-ce qui est célèbre à .....?)
6. The dialling code? (Quel est l'indicatif de .....?)
7. A place where you can stay (campsites, hotels, etc…: name, address, and star rating)
8. Find a good restaurant (name, address, price of a three course meal, when it opens and shuts)
9. Geographical landmark: is there a river, is it by the sea, a mountain range…?
10. Recycling facilities. (Est-ce qu'il y a un centre de recyclage?)
11. Any tourist attractions (concert, fireworks, competitions ...)? (Il y a des lieux touristiques?)
12. What is there to do (cinema, theatre, museum, etc …)? (Il y a des activités?)
13. Is there a football team (name, ranking …) (Il y a une équipe de football?)
14. Any other fact you will find interesting enough to mention.
